Samples

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering the high-quality results you deserve. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and responsiveness, ensuring a personalized approach for every client.

To place a sample order, please provide the following:

A prototype: A correctly marked and sized pattern with a sample sewn from it.
Fabric and materials: Accurate fabric yields for sample production and any necessary information for timely ordering or receiving materials.
Timeline and payment: A timeline with any relevant deadlines and a 50% deposit.

Please note that sample costs are higher than regular production and are based on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Production Orders

For orders exceeding 20 units, we offer production pricing, which is more cost-effective than our sample services. The final cost is determined by the quantity of your order, and we will provide a detailed price breakdown for your review.

How to Place a Production Order

To initiate a production order, please provide the following:

A final, approved sample.
A comprehensive instruction sheet.
Production-ready markers and patterns.
All necessary fabrics and trims (if cutting services are required).

Please note that the lead time for production orders is dependent on the order size.

Payment and Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order, with the remaining 50% due once the order is complete and ready for shipment. An additional 20% will be applied to all approved rush orders.

Custom Sewing, Alterations & Repairs

At Sunrise Sewing Services, our expert team is dedicated to providing efficient and worry-free service. We take the time and care needed to address your unique requests and concerns, ensuring every project is completed to your satisfaction.

We offer a full range of alteration and repair services, including hems, zipper changes, patches, button replacements, and fixing ripped clothing.

Additionally, our custom sewing services can bring your ideas to life for accessories like pillows, bedspreads, futon covers, bags, tablecloths, and more.

Industrial Sewing Classes

Our industrial sewing classes are exclusively offered at the client's premises, using your own industrial machines. Training is available for a variety of machines, including single needle, overlock, coverstitch, and double needle, among others.
