Samples
Get the results you deserve with a high quality service at an affordable cost. Our qualified team of professionals bring their experience and know-how with them on every job. But what really sets our services apart from the rest of the industry is our attention to detail and receptiveness to the unique needs of each client.
Less than 20 units per style/fabric are considered samples and will be billed as such.
For a sample order, a customer must provide the following:
-An initial prototype sewn from a correctly marked and sized pattern.
-Accurate yields for sample production.
-Any information needed for ordering or receiving fabric in a timely manner.
-A timeline that reflects any deadlines the manufacturer may need to meet (i.e. a deadline to ship samples to a sales rep for a show).
-A deposit for 50% of the total of the order is required. Then the other 50% is payable when the order is done.
Production
More than 20 units are considered a production order and will have a lower cost compared to samples. The cost will be determined according to the quantities in your order. A price breakdown will be provided in advance for your information.

For production orders, a client must provide the following:
-Final approved sew-by sample, instruction sheet and marker/patterns for production.
-All fabrics and trims needed.
-A deposit for 50% of the total of the order.
Our Production Services include:
-Cutting
-Sewing
-Finishing(embellishing, buttons, buttonholes, pressing(sent out), tagging, bagging, packaging, etc).

-Shipping or Delivery.
Lead time for production orders is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the order size.

An additional 10% to the production price will apply on approved rush orders.

We also offer custom sewing service for accessories such as pillows, bedspreads, futon covers, bags, tablecloths, etc..
